THE RING

A fundamentals academy teaching coordination, focus, and skill under pressure — through the games you already love, with a real path into competitive gaming or drone piloting.

What We're Building
More Than a Game Night

The Ring teaches the real fundamentals behind high-performance play — hand-eye coordination, spatial reasoning, and focus under pressure — through Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros, coached with the same seriousness as a music school or martial arts academy.

Not a tournament. Not an arcade. A coached, structured program where students build real skill, session after session — and where showing up is the whole ask.

The Foundation
What Every Student Learns First
01

Coordination

Hand-eye precision built through real, repeated practice — not casual play.

02

Spatial Reasoning

Tracking movement, anticipating what's coming, reading a space in real time.

03

Focus Under Pressure

Fast, correct decisions — even when the moment is loud and the stakes feel real.

04

Wellness

Nutrition, hydration, and a healthy relationship with winning and losing.

Where It Leads
One Foundation, Two Real Paths

Every student starts in the same place. Where they go from there is up to them.

Path One

Esports

Competitive Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros, built around real coaching, practical assessment, and an honest look at the business behind competitive gaming.

Path Two

Drone Piloting

Foundational flight training through simulation, taught by an FAA Part 107 licensed instructor — a real, credentialed path for students who want to go further.

Different destinations. Same discipline underneath.

In My Own Words
Why I'm Building This

Some of my best memories don't come from one moment. They come from two rooms — the den in the back of my mom's house, and my aunt's basement, where four controllers got passed around until someone finally beat the reigning champion.

We don't get together to play like that anymore. Life happened, like it does. But that feeling never left me. The Ring is my way of building that room back — just big enough now for a whole city to be part of it. I'm not building this to chase a trend. I'm building it because I know exactly what it felt like to have it, and I know exactly what it feels like now that it's gone.

I also spend real hours in the air — FAA Part 107 licensed, flying my own equipment on real jobs. Somewhere along the way I noticed the same thing I noticed in that basement: coordination, focus, reading a space before you move through it — it's the same discipline, whether the controller is in your hand or the sky is in front of you. The Ring is built on that connection. Teach the fundamentals well enough, and a student can walk toward either horizon.
